I. Testing machine

• We have this special testing machine to make sure every milling head you purchased is carefully assembled and fully tested by Starvision.
• This machine is also participated in continuing development and improvement of our milling heads.

II. Autocollimator (30m)

The Autocollimator ensures the straightness of long-stroke axes are precisely fabricated, even when the work table is loaded with a heavy work piece, dynamic accuracy is still maintained with high performance.

III. Ball Bar & Laser Inspection

The Laser Inspection on three axes eliminates backlash of ball screws, resulting in high machining accuracy.

Material Management

To control the delivery of components effectively, we introduce AFS, the Material Management system to Starvision.

Process Management

Using PDCA cycle to control and improve continuously our process and products.
